Changes to April 2021’s Executive Order 2021-027 will enter into force on Saturday, April 17, 2021 and will be in force until May 9, 2021.
Curfew 10 p.m. – 5 a.m and commercial establishments and restaurants close at 9:00 p.m.
Exclusions for health situations, including those administering vaccines, receiving vaccinations.
There is a greater restriction on occupation in trade and restaurants. Private operations that serve the public in establishments closed mode can only operate with a maximum capacity of 30%.
30 % capacity applies to restaurants, sales businesses, medical offices, funeral services, recreational, sporting, equestrian, cinematic, financial, community, consumer, professional, non-professional, university and postsecondary, care centers, religious, government agencies, among others.
In the case of restaurants, minimum distance must be ensured required six feet between tables. While shopping malls in format limit their capacity at the rate of one person per 75 square feet in
the hallways. When it comes to private operations such as offices non-public care, will also have to operate at 30 per cent of guaranteeing the minimum physical attachment of six feet between
employees.

Government agencies are still providing their services to citizens, but remote work will continue to be considered a viable option, according to determine each agency manager.
Boats are prohibited from “tie-ups”, as well as anchoring less than 200 feet from the shore.
Pierluisi urged any private establishment to register with the Municipal Health Case Investigation and Contact Tracking (SMRIC) for accurate data on case tracking. Every establishment must comply with the protocols of the CDC and the more restrictive local measures.
🍿 Casinos & movie theaters are permitted to be open at 30% occupancy.
⛴️ Tourists are permitted on the passenger ferry to Culebra and Vieques. Vieques may require a negative COVID test for the ferry starting March 15 and the Mayor may impose extra regulations.
Ponce (PSE) and Aguadilla (BQN) airports are opened April 2021.

😷 Masks covering mouth & nose, as well as 6 feet social distancing, are required in public
🏖️ Beaches, pools & bodies of water (rivers, lakes, etc) are open. Only small groups of people from the same family permitted on beaches, etc. Social distance of 10 feet required between groups on beaches, etc. Consumption of alcohol is prohibited on beaches.
🛒 Stores, businesses & banks may be open until 9pm at 30% capacity
⛵ Use of motorized watercraft is permitted. Marinas are permitted to be open. Individual watercraft – kayaks, stand-up paddleboard (SUP), and jet skis – are permitted
🍺 Bars & clubs remain closed
🚌 AMA buses & Tren Urbano will operate with COVID restrictions
El Yunque National Forest is open with reservations for entry. Details at
Recreation and Hiking at Angelito Trail is allowed without a reservation, as it is outside the reservation area of the Rainforest.

All travelers arriving in Puerto Rico are required to submit a travel declaration with contact tracing info, and either negative COVID-19 molecular-based (PCR) test result no older than 72 hours, or take a molecular test in PR and quarantine until negative result. The travel declaration form has a checkbox for Vaccine, but currently a negative PCR molecular COVID negative test is required for all passengers to the island.
Arriving passengers can take a $110 PCR test at Puerto Rico’s main airport at terminals A & C (7 days/week; 6 a.m.-12 a.m.). Aerostar is committing to have results ready in 24-48 hours. Passengers need to quarantine until the negative results are ready.
Vaccinations are open to residents 16 or older, starting April 12.

This makes me wanna just cancel my trip. I booked a trip for May 10th through May 15th. I have not gotten a PCR test done yet (please suggestions on when to take one are helpful), plus i am vaccinated. I am just concerned that I will have to quarantine while on vacation for the entire time that I will be there.
